The hotel is conveniently located near a train station with lots of shopping, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. We particularly enjoyed trying out the delicious gyoza in the area. The hotel also offers free coffee and a coin laundry on the first floor which was very convenient. We never had to wait for the elevator, which was a nice bonus.
The building seemed a bit older and our room had a musty smell. We weren't given a choice of pillows and the humidifier stopped working the second night.

The location of the hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to explore the city. It's close to the station where you can find many shops and restaurants around. the gyoza in the area is just amazing, and you can find plenty of places to try it out. We also enjoyed visiting the BREX stadium which was just a short walk away from the hotel. As for the hotel itself, it was simple, but it was a good base for us to explore the surrounding area and cities.
One issue we had was that the staff tended to talk to my partner more than me, even though I had made the reservation. this seems to be a widespread practice in the area.

We had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to have one key for our room with three people. The hotel had a coin laundry and free coffee server at the entrance. We also appreciated the accessible pay parking via the back door. The location on the main road made it easy to walk to the station and nearby gyoza restaurants, as well as offering convenient access to the BREX stadium.
For us, this hotel met our needs perfectly and we had no negative experiences.

The location is very convenient for exploring the city. Just a short walk from the hotel is a plethora of shopping, eateries such as gyoza restaurants, and a stadium. the hotel is also extremely quiet, and the staff at the desk are very accommodating, going as far as to provide us with extra services such as keys to the room. Our room was equipped with comfortable beds, three lamps, and a humidifier, which was a nice addition.
